Maternity Photography Session in Pittsburgh

I did this session a few weeks ago (which means mom is about to pop at this point). It was scheduled rather last minute and pretty late for a typical maternity session … but it was a lot of fun! It’s really a nice break sometimes to photograph somebody who actually listens to what I say. 🙂 We ended up renting a small studio in Monroeville due to the extremely cold weather and her very small apartment. While I’d say that it ended up giving me quite a bit of editing (lots of background stuff to remove) it was an excellent choice. We rented it for 3 hours and ended up using the entire time! I really enjoyed this photo session and getting to do something different from my norm.

Here’s hoping mom decides to have that baby girl photographed so I get to meet her! 🙂

If you like what you see and would like to have your own maternity portraits done, please do contact me to schedule (just click the contact button at the top of the page)! Ideally maternity portraits are done between 32-34 weeks depending on the size of mom’s bump. The woman in this session was 36 weeks along and she looks beautiful! So it is possible so long as you’ve got a baby bump!
